1. No Returns on Customized Products

As our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each hamper and gift is uniquely crafted based on customer preferences, making them non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
  • Incorrect Order Received: If the item received is different from what was ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Process for Reporting an Issue

To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund as per the situation.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
  • For corporate or bulk orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers.
